Producer Holly has just teamed up with Hoverboots to release a deadly trap original, full of howling synths and aggressive percussion. “Wavebreaker” sees both artists utilizing their unique styles to craft an entirely new spectrum of sound and energy; one that we certainly hope persists into future releases. The track starts with a foreshadowing series of kick and a swell of atmospheric elements above rapid percussion strikes and an oncoming sub bass. An ungodly squealing synth quickly takes over the space above a devastating snare drum and rumbling sub. After a short break, the song climbs upwards once more into the second drop, where a deeper and more resounding variant of the lead synth screeches out the melody. It ends on more melodic fade-out, where overlapping tonal instruments cascade over one another in front of the percussion.
