YouTube powerhouse TheSoundYouNeed is making moves. Their debut summer festival on Malta (which actually features an unreal line-up) takes place in a few months and now they’ve just announced a record label to come soon as well. Busy, busy indeed eh?
Their first release will be a new single from house producer Durante which will feature as the debut single from his upcoming EP Goddess / Cold. Most techno fans will tell you that the beauty of the genre lies in its supposed simplicity and “Cold” absolutely stuns with its haunting vocals atop a lush hypnotic beat.
I’m not usually big on super minimalistic house music but this new Durante single has me thinking about sunrise sets in far off places that I’ll probably never get to visit. Depressing isn’t it? Stream the single below — the full EP drops next week on the 24th!
