Known for his jazz-infused electronic creations, medasin has been on my radar for sometime now but “daydream” definitely signals the artist hitting a new level.
The single might be titled “daydream” but it might as well be called “lullaby” thanks to its lush soulful atmosphere that will have you feeling relaxed and comfortable no matter where you find yourself living to the song at. JOBA’s vocals are faint and sweet and dripping with the kind of ‘summer-y’ soulfulness that had me fall in love with mellow, downtempo tracks just like this one back in the day.
