Daft Punk has been crushing the game for over 20 years now, even if they’ve taken it easier in recent years. Whether you first discovered their music in this decade or the previous one, or even the 90s, it’s safe to say that over the years the French duo has cemented their status as living electronic music legends.

Now, an interesting article from German publication Groove has just surfaced in which they revisit an article from February 1997, when the duo sent in a list of ten of their favorite picks at the time. The list is certainly a unique look into the musical inspirations of two of dance music’s most influential minds and came soon after Homework, their debut album, was released.

Stream their picks below!

10. Babyface – For The Lover In You

9. Ween – Freedom of ’76
