We LOVE listening to artists’ sets from festivals… the energy, the new music, the live setting, it’s infectious and makes us want to dance no matter where we are. Unfortunately, fans won’t be able to experience that elation from Martin Garrix’s Ultra 2017 set due to a technical failure on Ultra’s part.
According to Garrix, the team at Ultra was soundchecking for Major Lazer’s set and “forgot to mute the audio on the main PA 49 minutes” into his set. Obviously, no one was intending for this to happen, but it’s an unfortunate mistake all the same…
Will not post my Ultra set. They were soundchecking for the next act and forgot to mute the audio on the main PA 49 minutes into my set..

On the bright side, Martin debuted plenty of new music last night, including his collaboration with Brooks, “Byte.”
You can listen to a recording of his full set below, though it will never match the quality a direct recording would have offered.
