Well this is honestly the best news we’ve heard today! Stranger Things is getting even stranger for its 3rd season, welcomed back by Netflix!
After a suspenseful second season, it seems like a no-brainer that Stranger Things would return for another installment. After all, Eleven is just coming into her own, things are heating up between the real world and the Upside Down, and the 2nd season left us hanging at the edge of our seat.
Thankfully, a third season is exactly what fans are getting. Netflix just officially confirmed our favorite show is making a comeback!
The Duffer Brothers reveal to the Huffington Post:
We have an end goal; we know where we want to go. We’re not quite sure how long it will take to get there, but we do have a plan. And some of it, it’s just because Season 2, we just came into it with so many ideas, and so many of them have been kicked further down the road. So we’re gonna use some of those. In [our Season 2 brainstorm], we figured out what that ending is, but it’ll take more than one year to get there.
We can only hope S U R V I V E writes the score again because the music is just as good as the storyline for real. If we had to guess, Stranger Things season 3 will be back just in time for Halloween 2018!
