To take a timeless masterpiece like “Carol of the Bells” and to transform it into something new, exciting, and fresh is no easy feat… Though it seems Lindsey Stirling has enough talent in her pinkie finger to do so.

EDM’s favorite violinist takes the holiday classic and does something truly spectacular. Not that “Carol of the Bells” wasn’t spectacular before, it’s just that Stirling has a way of putting an indescribably delicate-yet-badass touch on everything she creates.

The single comes as part of her Christmas album titled Warmer in the Winter, out now. Other tracks include holiday favorites like “All I Want for Christmas,” “Silent Night,” and oh yes — “Jingle Bell Rock.”

Stirling is already deep into her accompanying Warmer in the Winter Tour, scheduled to make stops in Chicago, Los Angeles and everywhere in between. The music video for “Carol of the Bells” is one thing, but to see Lindsey Stirling on tour is utterly magical!
