Everybody knows Unlike Pluto from his massive dubstep and big-room phase, but it looks like the producer is completely over that part of his life judging by this huge new record “I Need A Win.” Not only is the music completely different but the branding has also really come to life in the last few weeks.
First of all, this record is unlike everything he’s ever done. In fact, it’s like the perfect fusion between electronic music and proper Fueled By Ramen era punk rock. Yup, you read that correctly. Best of all? Unlike Pluto is singing as well! So many EDM producers come from that band playing punk background, but it’s great to finally see somebody actually go back to their musical roots as much as he did with this release.
