Pegboard Nerds Play Out Unreleased Knife Party Collab At DreamHack Austin

Knife Party Announces New EP, Teases Additional Details

The forthcoming Pegboard Nerds and Knife Party collaboration has been public knowledge since Rob Swire revealed its existence in early May. Though, while the Pendulum project has been busy promoting The Reworks, we weren’t expecting to hear much about it anytime soon.

That didn’t stop Pegboard Nerds from playing it out at Dreamhack Austin last month. As far as we know, this is the first time they’ve played out the track; it’s possible it was played out at EDC, but there’s no video of it to confirm. No matter the case, the fact still remains that this is a collaboration worth waiting for. Rob’s pitched up vocals provide the right amount of suspense alongside the anthemic synths before the drop. And once it gets to that point, the still-untitled track exudes classic electro house vibes that have been sorely missing.

We’re insanely excited to hear the full track, whenever it drops. For now, check it out below.
