Skrillex can more often be seen in the studio of other producers lately than his own. With tons of collaborations under his belt and probably dozens more in the pipeline that we don’t know about, it’s hardly surprising.
The latest Skrillex studio sighting has been in the studio with Wuki. With Wuki’s history in OWSLA, this is, again, not surprising. Skrillex only shows up in the second half of the Instagram story captured in the video below, so it’s hard to say what he’s up to with Wuki. It could be a collaboration; he could also just be visiting the studio.
Skrillex recently played two surprise shows in LA, so there’s been a fair amount of speculation that he’s looking to get back into the game, so to speak. (Though, he’s never really left.)
Our fingers are crossed for new Skrillex music, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
