The pressure is on… at least for RL Grime. He’s finally releasing his second album, NOVA, on July 27. We didn’t expect a new single two weeks before the album release, but we’ve been blessed with one more: “Pressure.”

“Pressure” is a return to form for RL Grime, coming off the poppy “I Wanna Know” with Daya and the hip-hop flavored “Undo” with Jeremih and Tory Lanez. This track features no vocalist, but is co-produced by Boys Noize. The track naturally follows RL Grime’s trap anthems such as “Core” and “Tell Me,” including intense build-ups and a heavy drop. This marks the second team-up between RL Grime and Boys Noize; they previously collaborated on “Danger” from RL Grime’s first album, VOID.

“Pressure” will feature on NOVA, which we can’t wait to finally check out in two weeks. In the meantime, stream his new single below:

Be sure to check out RL Grime as he headlines AMF in Los Angeles on August 18-19. Find more info here.
