Kayzo Merges Emo Punk & EDM Perfectly In New Single “FAKE FAKE FAKE”

kayzo

Kayzo only dropped his debut album earlier this year, but he’s already been dropping more singles in the past couple of months doubling down on his emo punk/dance fusion. The newest track is a collaboration with xo sad out today, “FAKE FAKE FAKE.”

The vocals immediately transport us back to the early 2000s, from the vocals even to the percussion and that sorrowful, droning piano melody. And then Kayzo comes in with that wonderful crossover drop that bridges the two worlds and we’re left headbanging and throwing up our rock fist while the group next to us moshes… of course that’s just in the mind’s eye right now, but it’s not hard to imagine.

You can expect to hear a lot more like this from Kayzo throughout the end of this year and next. For now, check out “FAKE FAKE FAKE” below.
