Swedish House Mafia have experienced a couple of major cancellations this summer, resulting in huge blows to many fans across the world. Axwell took some time to clear all of that up last night during the trio’s show at Ushuaia Ibiza — saying they “had a reason.”
As one of the most anticipated acts of the summer, Swedish House Mafia was welcomed by fans with open arms. That didn’t stop them from addressing the recent controversial cancellations including Ultra Korea and Weekend Festival. Although not confirmed, it was also rumored they backed out of a closing performance at Tomorrowland.
Axwell took to the mic last night and here’s exactly what he had to say: 
…We f**king appreciate that even if sometimes it doesn’t seem like that. We f**king do. If we do something that you think — “f**k those guys” — it’s probably because we had a reason and it was for the best anyway. We do what we do, we do with the heart. That’s why we do everything for you, because you do everything for us. You came all this f**king way for this one night. So thank you for being here, because you’re our friends and friends sometimes have difficulties to get along. But, then some time pass by, and you can’t even f**king remember what the argument was about.
