[PREMIERE] Badklaat Gets Bouncy On Filthy New Single, “Bruise Up”

by Matthew Meadow

The legend Badklaat just dropped his new EP, Blunt Force, on NSD: Black Label with four wildly different tracks. “Blunt Force” and “MK5 Missile” are each pretty heavy, with “Automatic” and “Bruise Up” representing some extra flair for the price of admission.

“Bruise Up” is one of the more unique dubstep tracks we’ve reviewed, from Badklaat or otherwise. The whole affair is ridiculously bouncy and rhythmic, especially when that new mid-drop synth comes into play and ups the elasticity. It’s short and sweet and gets to the good parts without much filler, just the way we like it.

Check it out below and listen to the full EP here!
