Here, the producer leads with a Sunday drive type beat. Keeping with the hau5trap theme, deadmau5 provides a steady groove complete with a soft kick, chill plucks and unexpected glitches.
hau5trap label zeros in on “textural, groove driven, melodic sounds,” providing a new, exhilarating space for music discovery. “Nextra” marks the label’s second release, following “Hiiigh” from mau5trap mainstay Tommy Trash and singer/songwriter Daisy Guttridge. 
Speaking on the new label, deadmau5 shares: “With hau5trap, we get to support more things we love specifically in house music.”
