NotLö Drops Shifty Bass Treat “Dimensions,” Ahead of ‘Hallucination Effect’ EP [PREMIERE]

NotLö demands attention with her innovative and explorative Hallucination Effect EP due out on Wakaan tomorrow — and we’re excited to premiere one third of the bass-forward wonderland today, in the form of “Dimensions.”

Serving as the EP’s finale, the track urges listeners to enter new “Dimensions” through sound. Eerie tones and textures control the production, featuring a heavy, thumping beat that sneaks up and steals the show. The shifting groove moves in unexpected ways, with a laid back yet relentless way about it.

NotLö’s diabolical trio of songs are designed to hook listeners from start to finish. Tomorrow, experience the gripping synths and dangerous melodics heard in title track “Hallucination Effect,” as well as the bone-rattling collaboration with MYTHM, “MAD.”

As demonstrated here, NotLö’s style adheres to no rules, carving out unique spaces in the freeform bass underground. Following up the collaborative Exoplanet EP with VEIL on Wakaan, she returns for her first solo project on the label.
