After releasing “Little Mess” earlier this year, Jake Herring has been on the prowl for a worthy remix partner. Now, after a visit to Nashville, Herring has teamed up with !KE to refurbish the original mix into a swelling dreamscape.
The remix features a subdued low-end that beautifully complements Herring’s vocal performance, and packs a warm percussion arrangement to play against the atmospheric synth work.
It seems the two have stumbled upon a delectable combination of acoustic origins with electronic finesse, and with another single on the way, and at least two more songs in the works together, you’ll definitely want to keep an eye out for both Jake and !KE.
