Seems like every artist is giving a go at trap these days, especially those under Ash Pournouri’s At Night Management. Avicii (Tim Berg) recently integrated some trap music into his Diplo and Friends Podcast set, and now the Swedish duo Cazzette gives a go at a trap remix of “Alcoholic”.
The track starts out using the melody of “Alcoholic” to its fullest, and leads into a really catchy build up. I liked what Cazzette was experimenting with here and definitely enjoyed hearing a new side to the Tim Berg original, but wasn’t really able to fully get into the track. Who knows though, the full release of the track may grow on me; only time will tell. Look out for this remix to be released off Avicii’s Le7els label on April 19th!
