Man Sentenced for Driving Under Influence of Drum & Bass

Driving under the influence is a reckless and dangerous act to commit. Unfortunately, alcohol and other drugs are not the most dangerous culprit behind driving under the influence. Ladies and gentlemen, Drum & Bass is the new silent killer that is causing millions to drive in a reckless and drunk like manner that warrants immediate arrests!

A 25 year old male was arrested outside of Bristol, UK last week for “Intoxicating Driving” and had his license suspended until further notice. His substance of choice? blaring loud drum & bass music. Yes, you heard me correctly. Although this seems pretty ludicrous, it is the truth behind the arrest made earlier last week. “When asked about it he said he was listening to drum and bass and was in a hurry,” a prosecutor told the court last week. The mans own defense lawyer fired back a response stating ““It was stupid. He was carried away because of the intoxicating effects of drum & bass music.”

We here at Your EDM would like to warn potential drivers to be wary when blasting Drum & Bass music. If you at any point feel “intoxicated” from the music, we highly recommend pulling over and calling a cab for a safe ride home.
