Chicago native Gianni Blu has paired with up-and-comer Mind Cntrl to create “Kamikaze.” The two producers independently boast different sounds, but their combined effort is a force to be reckoned with. The fruit of their labor is a house jam with an aggressive edge that would feel at home on the festival stage.
“Kamikaze” sets an eerie tone from the beginning. The track features a slow, dark build that opens into the melodic, big room synths that fans of the genre will instantly recognize. It takes a breather in the middle before switching up the pattern and dropping all over again.
