The last single before Worlds is released is ‘Flicker,’ an eclectic mix of downtempo, soothing synths and some choice Japanese vocals. Porter Robinson seriously went outside the box for this one. It goes from funky to downtempo, to a little prog house, to even some seriously innovative dubby shit. This is definitely the most unique out of the singles that he’s released up until now and while it isn’t my favorite, it pleases me to no end that I won’t be hearing a dozen copies of ‘Sad Machine’ on Worlds.
