Burning Man Shut Down Due to Severe Weather

The much anticipated Burning Man festival was forced to closed its gates early following a torrential downpour and thunderstorms, the official organizers announced. All traffic is currently being turned away from the Playa until Tuesday midday. The Burning Man Twitter account exclaimed that the Playa is currently un-drivable and that law enforcement is turning cars back.
