Oliver is back with a brand new release of small proportions, yet impeccable sound design. Right after remixing Boys Noize for his Out Of The Black (The Remixes) album and adding contributions for two of Alex Metric‘s Hope EP, Vaughn Oliver & Oliver Goldstein return to Fool’s Gold Records two tracks of nu-disco and indie-tronica fashion with Light Years Away EP. Both songs “Light Years Away” and “Fast Forward” emit feelings that combine futuristics and nostalgia using analog sounds and fusing them with hard kicks, much like on their highly praised Mechanical EP.
