Spada – Catchfire (EDX Miami Sunset Remix)

EDX is a man on a mission. Even while the dance music veteran is in the midst of his “Want You” global tour that has spanned two months, he’s found ways to spend time in the studio to deliver quality release after quality release. His remix of Sam Feldt’s “Show Me Love” is still dominating the Beatport Top 10 charts, an ode to EDX’s immense talent as a producer, and his NoXcuses radio shows have solidified his reputation as an international tastemaker with an ear to the ground. With summer fast approaching, the Swiss talent has taken to the studio to unveil his remix of Spada’s “Catchfire (Sun Sun Sun).”

For his “Miami Sunset” remix, EDX turns Spada’s summertime anthem into a groovier club offering without taking too much away from the original. Anna Leyne’s beautiful vocals take a backseat to the flying chord progressions and booming bass line that gives the track a deep groove. EDX’s “Miami Sunset” remix of “Catchfire” is set to be released on July 6th on Beatport.
