Definitely one of the most anticipated collabs on Monstercat for, potentially, the entire year is Jauz and Pegboard Nerds. The hype for PBN is always present, owing to their ability to mesh any genre with their signature style. But Monstercat has been bereft of any solid bass house, and to recruit Jauz, of all people, to help out? Just genius.
The drop is heavy and distorted, clearly containing elements of both producers’ abilities. Aside from that, you’ve got the characteristic 4×4 rhythm and a catchy vocal line.
Bass house is quickly overtaking big room as the genre of choice at festivals, and this track should be making the rounds for sure.
