Riding high on the success of his debut single, Manila Killa has now returned with a new remix of Carmada’s single, “Realise,” which is available on the remix EP released on OWSLA.
It’s always fun to see producers switch it up from time to time, and Manila Killa continues to deliver on remix after remix. Layer by layer, each individual sound builds up as Manilla uses piano keys, lush synths, and even some bird samples throughout the intro before everything culminates in a hurricane of musical emotion, accentuated by guest vocalist Noah Slee’s fragile vocals.
