Big Gigantic follows their namesake pretty closely, serving up big, gigantic pieces of music on the regular. Fortunately, it seems they’ve stepped up their game even further with their latest remix of “Wave” by Major Lazer.
“Wave” appeared on the deluxe edition of Peace Is The Mission, and we’ve sort of been hooked on it ever since. After this remix though, we’re likely to change alliances. Big G switched up the original – a laidback, reggae-esque tune with slow, rhythmic percussion – into a powerfully quick and uptempo track.
It’s hard to accurately describe the track without giving it all away, but it’s definitely one of the best examples of a “fantastic remix” that we’ve heard so far this year. Check it out and be sure to grab your free download!
