The Chainsmokers Release Their Epic Coachella Aftermovie

The Chainsmokers Round Up EDM’s Weekly Top 15

The more I watch the aftermovie from The Chainsmokers’ time at Coachella, the more I’m convinced they actually had the best dance music set at the festival. Yes, Jack U was pretty dope – but it was standard. Yes, Flume is… Flume. But he didn’t really play anything news. We can go on about Zhu, about RL Grime, and KSHMR and Tchami and whoever else. But honestly, The Chainsmokers fucking crushed it and there’s absolutely no denying that.

Even in terms of special guests, I would say that The Chainsmokers beat Disclosure and Calvin Harris. Like, come on… Third Eye Blind!? Who saw that coming!?!

Between the variety of music they played, the energy they showed on stage, and all the special moments and people, The Chainsmokers – if they weren’t before – are now on absolutely everyone’s radar. I wouldn’t be afraid to bet that we’ll see them headlining some festivals next year.
