From headlining some of the USA’s biggest festivals such as Mysteryland USA, Electric Zoo and Moonrise Festival, to creating his own 2-day event Basscenter, Lorin Ashton has been sure to keep busy this year. Whether it be hyping up album releases like Flume, or just dropping them with no warning like James Blake, one thing is for sure – a good album is a good album. Bassnectar’s bound-to-be-great 12th studio album titled Unlimited is set to be coming out this Friday, June 3rd as mentioned by his tweet below.
Tomorrow is TKO video in LA with @RyeRye @ZIONI , then nonstop prep in the labs for @MysterylandUSA – and the new #UNLIMITED album June 3 🙂

As a true game changer and one of the most respected producers in the realm of electronic music, for him to just casually drop his 3rd studio album in 3 years this upcoming Friday has me on the edge of my seat. For many, they’ve already heard the album as a private link to the album spread like wildfire across the internet this morning before being taken down. It’s hard to say where it originated, but whoever leaked it definitely ruined it for the rest of us.
