Laszlo – Sphere [Monstercat]

Laszlo – Sphere [Monstercat]

Last December, Dutch producer Laszlo returned to house music after mostly distancing himself from the genre for nearly a year to release his indie dance EP Closer. Riding off the success of the euphoric “Home,” Laszlo is back once again with what could possibly be his most unique single yet, “Sphere.”

“Sphere” combines electro elements, progressive melodies and a deep bassline to create the ultimate house blend. The track is also the first track to feature Laszlo’s own vocals since “Law of the Jungle” in mid-2015. It also plays around with the sounds of future bass, using a heap of reversed synths and offbeat snares. While it is definitely a new step for the producer, “Sphere” still feels distinctly Laszlo, with its bright, shiny melodies and its heavy electro influence. After a single like this, I can’t wait to see what the future holds for the aspiring producer.
