Camp Bisco, the annual festival put on by the Disco Biscuits and featuring a variety of acts like Lettuce, STS9, Odesza, Zeds Dead, and Lotus, nearly went off without a hitch this past weekend – unfortunately, one man, Collin Burns, was reported missing the day following the festival’s conclusion.
The good news is that Burns was found by Scranton police in a nearby swamp, apparently “buried up to his waist in water and mud.” He was found alert and pulled from the swamp and taken to a hospital for evaluation.
It is still not clear how he ended up in the swamp.
