Dance for 1 Meter Teams Up With Hï Ibiza To Save Rainforests Through Ticket Sales

“Every 2 days Rainforest the size of Ibiza is destroyed.”

As that devastating statistic sinks in, the idea of helping might feel so out of reach — but, now thanks to The Dance for 1 Meter, you can rave for the cause! The D41M initiative has teamed up with Hï Ibiza nightclub to help preserve some of the most precious landscape and wildlife we have left in this world.

When purchasing tickets online for Martin Garrix, Eric Prydz, Armin van Buuren, and more, buyers have the option to give 1 euro to save 1 square meter of rainforest. The price is small, and the payoff is priceless!

And, as if saving the environment isn’t awesome enough — satellite and Google Earth technology allows each donator to individually redeem and zoom in on their personal coordinates on the Cuipo Foundations Rainforest Preserve in Brazil.

D41M, headed up by founders Tom Murray and Ricardo Porteus, legendary DJ Paul Oakenfold, and BBC Radio 1 presenter Judge Jules, is looking to partner with DJs, artist ambassadors, promoters, and events… Learn more about the Dance for 1 Meter initiative here and contribute here!
