While the peak of summer has passed us by, Mura Masa’s new track “Complicated” with Nao has us feeling like it’s only just beginning. Only his second track of 2018, Mura Masa presents a carefree and positively cute tune that reminds us what his music is all about.
The track comes with an additional surprise beneath the surface, having been co-written and co-produced by Skrillex. The OWSLA don’s influence can be heard most readily in the tasty vocal chops that have become something like his bread and butter in the past couple years.
