Ray Volpe Just Released His Best Song Yet, “Save Me”

Ray Volpe Drops New EP & Announces “No Emotions Allowed” Tour

I have been a fan of Ray Volpe for years now, and I’ve known him personally for a little less than that. I’ve listened to track after track, and all his EPs, but I’ve never heard him put out something like “Save Me” and I honestly believe this is his best track yet.

All producers inevitably fall into a rhythm and develop habits that, for better or worse, create a bit of monotony in their sound. That being said, when those producers finally break free of those habits, it’s like a butterfly emerging from a cocoon — and Ray Volpe is that butterfly. And to keep the analogy going, “Save Me” is the happiness seeing a butterfly brings to a child? I don’t know, I think I’m losing track of my point here.

“Save Me” is the amalgamation of all of Ray’s styles and sounds up to this point, utilizing his vocal processing, dirty basslines, uplifting melodies, and creative song writing all in one glorious bundle. It goes from filth to beauty at the drop of a hat and never manages to miss a beat.

Best of all, I hear this is only the beginning… Listen to “Save Me” from Ray Volpe below, out now via Thrive Music.
