Emerging Drum’nBass artist BRANY has dropped another bass hit! Released on 20 February via embers.digital, ‘Everything Reminds Me of You’ is an emotionally-charged single which zooms in on BRANY’s technical prowess in a profound manner.
The single merges peak-time energy and power with deeply resonant vulnerability, while highlighting BRANY’s versatility and expansive sonic approach.
The BRANY project first began in a satirical manner, but has now unfolded into a fully fledged career with growing momentum in the UK’s UKG and Drum’nBass scenes. The initial tongue-in-cheek concept of “medieval folk hyperpop” took centre stage at the beginning of BRANY’s journey, and has now become a central theme to his art. Hyperpop textures can be heard throughout his productions too. Aesthetically, BRANY leans further into the medieval concept through imagery depicting knights, armour and mythic grandeur, which also translate into the music. Inspired by themes such as cathedral acoustics, honour and conflict, as well as chivalric mythology, BRANY’s artistic direction is distinct and compelling. 
‘Everything Reminds Me of You’ is a masterclass in building anticipation. The tender vocals set the stage for emotion and vulnerability to flow, while the stadium-sized sound design keeps the listener in a chokehold with its mammoth energy and impact.
