Black Coffee is bringing one of the biggest sets of Amsterdam Dance Event to one of Amsterdam’s biggest stages. The South African house titan will headline a three-hour extended set at the 16,000-capacity Ziggo Dome on October 21, part of Insomniac Europe’s run of shows during ADE week.
It’s a fitting booking for a milestone year, this October marks ADE’s 30th anniversary, with the five-day conference and celebration spanning October 21-25 across more than 200 venues and featuring over 3,000 performing artists. Landing a headline slot of this scale, in a room this large, speaks to where Black Coffee now sits in global dance music: over three decades, he’s built a reputation as one of the genre’s most influential figures, known for blending deep house with African percussion into a sound that’s become entirely his own.
