Highlight Of EDC Week: DirtyBird Players Invasion Of Las Vegas

Dirtybird Players

In honor of EDC Week, The hottest clubs in Las Vegas are packed with superstar DJ’s warming the city up for the madness that is the Electric Daisy Carnival. With performances ranging from the likes of Nicky Romero to the Infected Mushrooms, every night of the week brought a new array of talent that had every club filled to the brim. So what performance really stood out? easy choice. Hands down the Dirtybird Players brought the heat and destroyed club LAVO on thursday night.

Although this is only my opinion, you just needed to be at the club to witness why these San Francisco powerhouses are making quite the buzz in the EDM scene. When I arrived at the club, J. Phlip (check out our video interview with her HERE) already had the crowd energized and was dropping some “sexy tech” beats that had the dance floor completely full.

Claude VonStroke also made his presence known that night but, for me, it was Justin Martin’s set that took the night to a new level. Dropping a huge variety of club bangers, Justin Martin took the high energy level and completely blew the lid off of the club. Dropping Breach’s hit tune Jack, mixed with some other song only he knows, the club went into absolute chaos as the mixture of sexy tech and deep house with club room beats made even the bartenders bounce around while they were serving drinks. Even Richie Hawtin, Destructo, and star agent Lee Anderson dropped by to catch the Dirtybird Players break the bounds of stereotypical club music. If you haven’t heard about the Dirtybird crew, educate yourself. They are here to change the game as you know it.
