Hakkasan has recently acquired a major stake in the San Diego based Enlightened Hospitality Group. With their new found control of the hospitality development company, Hakkasan now has a majority share of Enlighten’s individual properties like Searsucker and Herringbone as well as full ownership of the Stingaree Nightclub in San Diego. The partnership is kicking things off with the launch of Herringbone at Mondrian Los Angeles, which will open this month. Dubai is the next set venture; they are planning a luxury resort who’s construction is set for this year.
