Insomniac has a long history of charitable endeavors, including donating $10,000 to TreePeople.
For 3 days, EDC takes over Las Vegas as hundreds of thousands of ravers and EDM lovers flood the strip and speedway. No doubt that the community is affected in some way during these festivities and Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella wants to give back. Insomniac will be donating $30,000 to each of three charities: The Boys & Girls Club of Southern Nevada, the Emergency Medicine Resident Research Fund, and the Injured Police Officers Fund. 
Insomniac will present the funds raised for the three organizations at an event on October 27. The event will be held at the LINQ Fountain Stage in Las Vegas. Rotella will be on hand to present the funds to Brian Knudsen of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada, Dr. Dale Carrison of the Emergency Medicine Resident Research Fund, and Mindie Lloyd of the Injured Police Officers Fund. Some of the youth who attend Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada will be in attendance as well.
