SYZYGY is a label that anyone who likes future, trap, or anything smooth and sultry should be familiar with. Their newest release, a single from Alexander Lewis called “IMY,” that is a chiller’s dream. Things start of slowly with subtle pads and minimal accompaniment, and then things begin to take shape once the drums come rollin’ in. Highly relaxing, this spacey jam is needed for all smoke sessions that may take place over the coming Thanksgiving break. Load it up and melt away into the beautiful oblivion that Alexander conjured up with his production. He is a new name in my book, but you can be sure I’ll be keeping tabs on what is going on in his camp. If you knew what was good for you, you would do the same.
