ATTLAS’ True Identity Finally Revealed

For a couple months now, the identity of EDM sensation ATTLAS has been a complete mystery. While some hilariously hypothesized that it was a side project for deadmau5, nobody could identify the man behind this new stylistic genre. The wait is finally over, however, as Pete Tong revealed his true identity on his Evolution broadcast on iHeartRadio. His name is Jeff Hartford, a Canadian-native, and his masterful, tropical house-esque spin is apparently inspired by movie soundtracks.

The reveal is rather lackluster, we know. But if you have any inclination to stop listening to ATTLAS as a result of his lack of an established name, slap yourself in the face right now. His 7-track Siren EP showcases his extremely versatile talents, and proves that this incredible hype will translate into a long, successful career. He has full support from Mau5trap, so make sure to keep an eye out for him, as he is sure to make massive moves during the second half of 2015.
