Jon Bellion – All Time Low (OxV Remix)

If the name Jon Bellion rings a bell, you may have seen it behind Zedd‘s on his most recent preview of “Beautiful Now“. His recognizable and unique voice along with catchy lyrics make his own tracks perfect material for remixing. Today, OxV, comprised of Oji and Volta, released a refreshing future flip of his original song “All Time Low“.

Beginning with the original’s intact vocals alongside scattered cuts of another voice, the track quickly breaks down into a tight, hip hop rhythm complete with myriad clicks, whirs, and yelps to characterize the new feel. The drop explodes into forward-facing wipes of synth and inhales of cymbal. The vocals are cut and thrown around the sonic space as the new melody takes center stage. For a remix that partially mimics those of Flume and Ganz, check this one out.
