Sporting brief introduction, “PUMP!” wastes no time diving head first into a metallic breakdown. Laser whips and rewound alarms assemble themselves into a throbbing house beat, championing the industrialized vibe of the original mix. Latin chimes and Indian tabla sprinkled about lend an added air of warmth, and there’s even a trap intermission before another futuristic slumpdown.
