Busy P, the busiest man at Ed Banger Records, has just confirmed Justice is locked in their studio working on new music. The legendary duo, Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, revealed earlier this year that “they are working on it,” but this recent confirmation from Busy P only fuels our anxiety. No further details have been divulged, excluding a suspected leak of a new track from the dynamic duo, but judging by the label’s schedule, an Autumn 2016 release doesn’t seem too far fetched.
In the meantime, Ed Banger Records is keeping busy, promising albums from both Breakbot and Cassius, expected to release later this year and in early 2016. In addition, Boston Bun, Riton and DJ Pone have hinted at new material in the works, and SebastiAn has been busy collaborating with Frank Ocean. Apart from a hectic schedule with Ed Banger, Busy P is gearing up for an XOYO residency in London, featuring a massive list of guests from Boys Noize, Gesaffelstein, Brodinski, Justice, and more.
