KRNE – Movin [Free Download]

KRNE has just released his latest in this month’s series of tracks in the form of an original titled “Movin.” Featuring heavy future bass elements and a character all its own, this song fits perfectly within KRNE’s steadily growing roster of unique and influential material. It’s currently up for free download here.

The track begins with a muted ragtime piano loop and a simple series of shakers and other percussion. The swell quickly erupts into a pulsating wall of layered synth on top of a tight rhythm scattered with short vocal chops and drum fills. The piano continues behind the rest of the arrangement while the lead synth is altered to create even more powerful tonal waves. Eventually, the elements are stripped away leaving only an arpeggiated stab and swirling atmospheric noises. The rise begins once again, and drops into a similar melody as the previous break. Finally, the listener is left with the sharp bass line of the track until its close.
