Look, people. Justin Bieber isn’t going away any time soon. “Where Are Ü Now” was one of the biggest songs of the year and is still getting played out occasionally. He’s gotten the official seal of approval from Diplo and now Skrillex has produced a track for his new album. My EDM Card might get revoked for the following statement, I personally don’t mind it. This isn’t the same annoying tween with the bowl cut singing “Baby” to a bunch of 12 year olds. Sure, he’s not completely reformed, but at least I don’t want to stick a Q-Tip deep into my ear when I hear his music anymore.
Today, Bieber released the official video for his latest track “Sorry.” Though many speculated that “What Do You Mean?” was the tune produced by Skrillex, it’s actually this latest single, which also features BloodPop behind the wheel. “Sorry” is definitely along the same vein as both “Where Are Ü Now” and “What Do You Mean,” but if you ask me, the sounds don’t sound as “expensive” as they did in his previous Skrillex-produced tune.
