Martin Garrix isn’t slowing down anytime soon. The 19-year-old Dutchman, having just announced the formation of his own label with the debut release dropping this Friday, March 11th, is now teasing details of a collaboration with the one and only Justin Bieber… which we totally predicted.

Bieber continues to drift further into EDM following the wild success of his Jack Ü collaborative effort, “Where Are Ü Now,” and aid from Skrillex on his new album. You might recall, Major Lazer also has an alleged “rap” collaboration with Justin Bieber as well, which shows just how purposeful this shift towards dance music is for the young pop star.
Our only hope is that Garrix does not sacrifice his incredibly consistent production quality for a star-studded collab that many might think will be a hit no matter what. We look forward to the implications this will have on EDM, too. What will likely be a 4-on-the-floor festival anthem is sure to provide an interesting dichotomy between Bieber’s previous forays into the world of EDM with tropical house and pop trap.
