Marshmello has been insanely busy as of late, but it seems that he’s taken a moment of his schedule to drop a new free download called “CoLoUR.” The artist falls back on his usual tricks and tropes, blending together future sounds with trap beats.
The opening is very simplistic, relying on synth reverb, a plain drum loop, and an uncomplicated bass synth. The drop actually employs a pretty cool effect over the synths, and then the track repeats.
