Above & Beyond Bring Their Acoustic Tour to the Famed Chicago Theater

The wait is slowly drawing to a close as we enter into summer. The new acoustic album from Above & Beyond is set to be released on June 3rd via Anjuna Beats/Ultra Music. Acoustic II had began its creation late last summer with a total of 13 songs planned to be on it, all with the intention of being reinvented and rerecorded. Three tracks have already been released, We’re All We Need, Hello, and Another Chance, which can be heard via Spotify below.

Above & Beyond has been on tour debuting their newly created acoustic tracks since late April, starting out in their home of London, England. And next week they will be touching down in Chicago for a two night show run at the famed Chicago Theater, a major historic landmark within the city. Tickets are unavailable online for night one, taking place on May 11th, but you can still find some for night two here. Their tour continues on to Toronto, Boston, New York, and then to the west coast for shows in Berkeley, Los Angeles, and Honolulu. For more information you can head to their website here where you can also pre-order-their album.

“The great thing about this version of ‘Sticky Fingers’ is that, before this, the only version we had out there was a dance mix. There was more of a song that we never released. So the whole song is in this version of ‘Sticky Fingers’ and it’s the same with ‘Peace Of Mind’ – there are extra verses here.” – Above & Beyond’s Tony McGuinnes.
