Exploding out of Australian platform Be Rich Records this week is ‘No Time For Fake’, the fiery new collaboration from Gianni Marino (who has seen releases with Mad Decent and Brooklyn Fire), and Mahesa Utara from Jakarta.
Together the pair has created something highly distinctive with this single – which is brought to life via those unique vocal tones of MC/singer Yacko. ‘No Time For Fake’ blends a floor-thumping, bass-line shattering fusion of sound and vocal energy, and there is an abundance of rhythmical dynamics from start to finish.
